Eminem & Terence Crawford

In Las Vegas on Saturday, July 29, Terence Crawford faced Errol Spence Jr. for the welterweight championship.

The 35-year-old professional boxer was accompanied by Eminem as the rapper's 8 Mile smash "Lose Yourself" blared across the crowded arena as he made his grand entrance into the ring at Sin City's T-Mobile Arena.

Crawford, who had a 39-0 record going into the match, won by technical knockout in the ninth round, as Em had predicted.

Crawford asked on Instagram in the days before the bout who should go with him to the ring on Saturday, adding that it would be "dope to have Eminem walk me out." Eminem responded in the comments, “This is 2 crazy.!!! You r 1 of my favorite boxers rn!”

Em has now shown up unexpectedly for a significant event twice in the past several weeks. He performed two songs with Ed Sheeran on July 15 at the British musician's performance at Ford Field in the rapper's native Detroit.
