According to sources, Jacobs has been in Las Vegas and has agreed to a one-year, revised contract that could be worth up to $12 million with per-game roster incentives, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Without providing financial details, the Raiders s
aid on Saturday that they had signed Jacobs. Mark Davis, the owner of the Raiders, expressed his pleasure at Jacobs' comeback and restated his admiration for the running back.

Jacobs and his agent met with Raiders general manager Dave Ziegler this week at a restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip to lay the framework for a contract, sources told Schefter.

According to insiders, Jacobs will likely join the team again on Sunday. He did not travel to Dallas with the Raiders for the exhibition game against the Cowboys on Saturday night.

The club selected Jacobs in the first round of the 2019 draft, but Ziegler and head coach Josh McDaniels did not take up his fifth-year option. Jacobs gave a career year in response.

Jacobs led the NFL in rushing with 1,653 yards, becoming him the first Raiders player to do it since Marcus Allen in 1985. Lets see if he can run it back next year.
