Owen Wilson Makes Appearance at Rolling Loud
Last weekend, Owen Wilson demonstrated that he is the hype guy that we all need.
Video footage from the Miami music festival shows that the "Wedding Crashers" actor made a surprise entrance during rapper Travis Scott's rain-soaked performance at Rolling Loud on Saturday.
When Wilson entered the stage during Scott's 2023 song "FE!N," he enraged the audience by yelling, "I'm feining for more!" to assist in starting the song's performance.
Even while a comedian like Wilson isn't usually seen on the Rolling Loud stage, the appearance might not be as coincidental as it first appears.
According to a news release from Live Nation Productions, one of the production firms, Wilson has been signed to feature in a forthcoming film about the renowned music event.
Deadline claims that the actor's Saturday visit to Scott's set was for a movie scene.
The film, which is being marketed as an R-rated comedy about a father-son team who have a crazy experience visiting the music festival as it celebrates its 10th anniversary, also stars comedian Matt Rife. The movie, which is being written and directed by Jeremy Garelick, will be released the following year.
We can only exclaim, "Wow."
