Ben Wallace: Undrafted To HOF

Wallace was undrafted, in case you didn't know, and he made history by being the first undrafted player to ever start an NBA All-Star game. By becoming the first and only undrafted NBA player to be elected into the Hall of Fame in 2021, Big Ben cemented his place in history once more.

Wallace admitted that despite his confidence in his abilities, he never anticipated getting such a significant amount of recognition. When a representative of the NBA contacted him about it, he actually assumed that someone was playing a practical joke on him.

Although Wallace couldn't believe it, many who valued his total performance realized he had earned the right to be in the Hall of Fame. They included Scottie Pippen, a six-time winner and member of the Hall of Fame.

"It's apparent; the fact that he won Defensive Player of the Year four times speaks volumes. He is an All-Star and an NBA champion. Ben Wallace was one of such men, according to Pippen, who reportedly said, "When you talk about putting on a hard hat and going to work, you speak of a guy like Ben Wallace." "He deserves to be in the Hall of Fame without a doubt.
